With over 15 years of hands-on experience scaling platforms, managing operations, and building tech-enabled systems, I’ve made a career out of solving problems that most people walk away from. I started as the ninth employee at a tech company, and helped grow it into a global operation with 600+ employees — leading everything from logistics and compliance to product development and platform integrations.
At Opsmith, I bring that same builder’s mindset to help small and mid-sized businesses unlock efficiency through AI and systems thinking. I’m not interested in hype—I’m interested in what works. Whether it’s streamlining outdated workflows, training offshore teams, or integrating data from five different tools into one clear system, I love making the complex simple.
